BURT’S BEES INSTAGRAM AND TIKTOK “Be More Burt” GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER, WIN OR CLAIM A PRIZE.

ELIGIBILITY: Burt's Bees is sponsoring a one-year worth of Burt's Bees supply. (the “Giveaway”). Entrants must be residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland), aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Burt's Bees (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates or agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this Giveaway. Entrants must have an Instagram and TikTok account that is public.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway will begin and end on the dates and times specified in the Giveaway post (“Giveaway Period”). Giveaway Periods begin on Thursday 9th November, 9.00am GMT and ends Monday 5th February 2024 at 9:00am GMT on the dates specified in the Giveaway post.

HOW TO ENTER: To submit an entry during the Giveaway Period follow @burtsbeesuk on Instagram. Tell us how you live the good life by sharing your story with us on TikTok and Instagram @burtsbeesuk using the hashtag #bemoreburt.

Entries not legitimately submitted in accordance with these Official Rules, in Sponsor’s sole reasonable discretion, are void. By submitting an entry, you warrant that the entry was created by yourself, you have the right to use all of the materials related to your post, and that it does not violate the intellectual property rights, privacy or other rights of any third parties. All entries must be received by the closing date specified in the Giveaway post. No responsibility will be taken for any entries that are misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date. Winners will be announced on Burts Bees UK. Potential winner(s) will only be contacted via the official Instagram and TikTok accounts in a direct message.

PRIZE DRAWING: Sponsor or its authorized representative will select potential winners of the Giveaway at random from all eligible entries received by Sponsor in the Giveaway (each “Potential Winner”; collectively "Potential Winners").

PRIZE: Each Potential Winner will receive the prize, of 1 year's worth of Burt’s Bees supply equals 30 products. There will be no cash or other alternatives to the prize offered and prizes are not transferable. Please allow 28 days for delivery of all prizes.

WINNER(S): The winner(s) will be notified by Instagram or TikTok direct message within 5 business days of the Giveaway closing date and asked to claim their prize by responding to a direct message, confirming their full name. In the event the prize claim is not received within 2 business days of notification, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The Sponsor reserves the absolute right to disqualify without notice any entries to any Giveaway which are deemed in the Sponsor’s sole discretion to have used improper technical means to enter and/or otherwise appear to be fraudulent. The names of the winner(s) may be published on our website and/or on our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any other social media platform. By entering the Giveaway each winner consents to any publicity generated as a result of the prize draw and to images and text entries being used for publicity or promotional purposes including, but not limited to Instagram, websites, magazines or mobile services at any time without further consent or payment.
